Social media feeds have become yummilcious with pics of delicious food of all sorts being whipped up by seasoned home chefs, first-time chefs, kid chefs, chauvinist chefs (the ones who thought cooking was a woman's job), and some reluctant chefs. The kitchen seems to have just become the new boredom buster, even the new therapy chamber. Plenty of people may not know it but cooking is therapeutic and very good for your mental health. If you're already at it, then chop-chop away. If not, there's no better time to bring out the pots, pans, spatulas and plates...go stir the cauldron!😆
