This workshop is an introduction to Mindfulness and Guided Meditation. It explores what mindfulness really is, and how we can practice and gain from it in our daily lives. Participants get to then explore Breath Meditation, and an active Zen Meditation, and end with a powerful and energizing 'Circle of Love' Meditation. The Meditation and Mindfulness sessions are conducted by Therapist Bindiya Murgai of Healing Hideaway.
